Bright Staging provides professional home staging services, including but not limited to furniture rental, interior design consultation, and property presentation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat our furniture and equipment with reasonable care
  • Notify us immediately of any damage or issues with rented items

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms in your service contract. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

6. Liability and Damages

You are responsible for any damage to our furniture or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. We will assess damages and charge accordingly. Bright Staging is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bright Staging and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
